I worked as the producer on a documentary series project consisting of 24 films for the Saudi Cultural Channel. I began with the first phase by preparing the financial budgets, estimating production costs, and submitting the pricing proposal. After the project was approved, I supervised the execution and production of the films—10 of which have been completed so far, with 14 still in progress. Throughout the project, I faced several challenges, most notably maintaining spending within the allocated budget while ensuring the production of high-quality content that meets the standards of the cultural channel.
